I know what it's like to feel like you can't control your cravings. Up until my mid-40s, my weight kept creeping up and I was wondering: "Will I ever feel in control around food?"
I also started to struggle with constipation, joint pain, relentless fatigue, headaches, and uncomfortable bloating. I felt hopeless.
When I was 45, I decided to take matters into my own hands and try something I'd never tried before.
